All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and their direct use on the body, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the United States. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and their direct use on the body, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@buniorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

7-day window: If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buniorganics.com
  • Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit

Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting evidence cannot be accepted.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will do our best to help you locate a missing order.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please reach out to the carrier directly.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in a failed delivery. We cannot refund or reship in such cases.
